South Northants District Council engaged Broadgate Communications to develop and deliver a communications strategy for its proposed housing stock transfer to a newly-established, council-sponsored social landlord to be called South Northants Homes. The new landlord would join a group of housing associations called Grand Union Housing Group. Broadgate Communications ran the communications campaign culminating in a ballot of tenants which supported the proposed transfer.

Post ballot, Broadgate Communications was retained by South Northants Homes to write and produce a series of information leaflets, a tenant handbook and a range of other material in readiness for the launch of the new organisation.
