LATMOS is an alliance of Tenant Management Organisations in Lambeth. Having managed the housing management of their estates with great success, these TMOs have investigated the option of going one step further by taking on the ownership of the housing stock from Lambeth Council.

Broadgate Communications has been retained by the steering group guiding the process to provide the communications strategy and deliverables to enable the residents on the estates to come to an informed decision as to whether or not they want the potential proposed transfer to go ahead. This project is the first of its kind in London and is an exciting challenge for all involved.
